In a post on the Brits in Portugal Facebook page, the Embassy shares: “We are pleased to share the news that from today, 𝟮 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗔𝗜𝗠𝗔 will have a helpline exclusively for British nationals who are beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement.

“The helpline number is +𝟯𝟱𝟭 𝟮𝟭𝟰 𝟮𝟯𝟲 𝟳𝟬𝟵. It's available Monday-Friday from 0800 to 1400.

“AIMA’s email address for Brexit enquiries - brexit@aima.gov.pt - remains unchanged.

“📌For more information on qualifying and registering for residence under the Withdrawal Agreement, see AIMA’s website: https://aima.gov.pt/pt/viver/brexit

“If you do not qualify for residence in Portugal under the Withdrawal Agreement and you need information from AIMA, you should continue to use the general contacts which can be found on AIMA’s website.”
