Togofor Homes Lda, successful Algarve real estate agents since 2005, sold a large villa with sea views to a lovely German couple some time ago. The sale was a win/win situation and all parties were very happy, so Togofor Homes colleagues invited the new German owners for a beach picnic on the Algarve’s west coast along the coastline of the Costa Vicentina Natural Parque.
The new owners were collected in the old company Jeep, in order to navigate the sandy trails and dunes, which made the trip a lot of fun entering one of the most beautiful beaches on the west coast - Praia da Amoreira near the Moorish town of Aljezur. The clients were very impressed by this exceptional and novel after-sale service and it always gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better!
In the search for the right property, we established a great relationship with this wonderful couple. It was not easy to find them the right property as both had different ideas of a property and the location. It took some time and since then, we have continued to help them with contacts for rental agencies and other information.
Everyone enjoyed an incredible day with nice homemade food and good drinks on one of the most beautiful beaches. One of the perks of the Algarve is the opportunity to enjoy outdoor living for most of the year! We love to prepare the food – it adds a personal touch (in the knowledge of the clients’ tastes). The old Jeep is perfect for these occasions – easy to pack up with picnic equipment including baskets, drinks’ cooler, table, chairs, tablecloth, glasses, plates and cutlery - all ready for a nice al fresco day!
Afterwards, what better way to follow it up, than with a lovely beach walk in this uncrowded, idyllic spot. We felt free and very happy and everyone enjoyed the gorgeous atmosphere. As a real estate agency, there’s nothing better than sharing these moments with clients. We are proud and happy to provide such a service. This is so important in our business and we love it!
